Temporary/Emergency Staffing

When a teacher (or other staff member) calls out sick, or for a family emergency, we offer Emergency Staffing on an on-call/ day to day basis.

If a teacher (or other staff member) is taking a vacation or taking a temporary leave (pregnancy, family or medical) of absence, then we offer Temporary Staffing on a daily, weekly and short-term basis.

Temp to Permanant Placement

If you are looking to fill a position but would like to “try out” the candidate before making a permanent offer, then our Temp to Permanent placement service is for you. Our service gives our clients the opportunity to temporarily hire a candidate to determine if they would be a good fit for their program. Clients have time to assess the teaching practices and work ethic of the “temp hire” before committing to hiring them as a permanent employee. If the client feels that the “temp hire” is not a good fit for their program, then there is no obligation to hire the “temp” permanently. The temp hire can remain a temporary employee until the client hire a suitable permanent replacement.

Direct Hire/ Permenant Staffing

If you are looking to fill a vacant position within your childcare program or school, but don’t have the time to search for qualified staff, then our Direct Hire/Permanent Staffing service is for you. Our skilled recruiting team will work on your behalf to conduct a thorough search and prescreen potential candidates that will meet your position requirements. We will schedule interviews with you and the potential candidates to interview and potentially hire. We will assist new hires with the new hire paperwork and the onboarding process for candidates hired through our agency.
