How to Apply? 

Talented Teachers recruits and hires full-time, part-time and substitute positions for all levels.

  • You must be at least 18 years of age and reside in the Mid-Atlantic Region (currently serving Maryland, District of Columbia & Northern Virginia)

  • Complete the Online Application and submit your information to Talented Teachers Staffing & Consulting Agency

  • Our trusted Talented Teachers Acquisition Team will contact you with next steps in the process.

For Candidates looking for Permanent Placement

   Once you apply, you will be matched with our Talented Teachers Acquisition Specialist who will guide you through the interview, placement, hiring and onboarding process.

For Substitutes & Temporary Placements

When you are contacted and scheduled for an interview, please bring the following documents with you:

  • A valid driver license / identification card / passport

  • An original copy of Social Security Card

  • Copies of high school diploma and/or college transcripts showing all course work taken

  • Copies of Child Care Credentials (CDA, Infant & Toddler 45hr. Certification, Preschool 90hr. Certification, Child Care Administration, etc.)
